When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. Where you request account deletion, your email address is pseudonymised rather than fully erased — it is transformed into a format such as deleted-on-16022026-markspencer@gmail.com, where the date reflects the day of deletion. This pseudonymised record is retained for fraud prevention, audit purposes, and to prevent duplicate re-registrations. It is not shared with third parties for marketing. Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  2. correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
